• Our customer support team will guide you through the return process and provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number.
• Clearly mark this RA number on the outside of the package you are returning.

4. Return Shipping:

• Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs, except in cases where the return is a result of our error (e.g., wrong item shipped).
• We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of the item.

5. Inspection and Refund:

• Once we receive the returned item, our team will inspect it for eligibility.
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5 business days of receiving the returned item.

6. Non-Returnable Items:
